By using Chabiti, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Chabiti platform, including all event management, digital business card, and utility tool features. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Chabiti, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- You are at least 13 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
- You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
- Your use complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
2. Description of Services
Chabiti is an all-in-one platform providing the following services:
- Event Management: Create and manage events, build custom registration forms, track guest lists, and manage RSVP responses.
- Digital Ticketing: Issue unique QR code tickets to registered guests via email. Tickets are generated and delivered through Amazon SES.
- Guest Invitations: Send branded email invitations to guests with one-click RSVP and automatic confirmation.
- QR Check-in: Staff can scan QR codes at event entrances for fast, secure, real-time attendance verification.
- Digital Business Cards: Create, customize, and share professional digital business cards with your profile information.
- Free Utility Tools: A suite of browser-based tools including image/video processing, QR generator, password generator, text tools, and minigames — all processed client-side with no data uploaded to our servers.
- Payment Processing: Secure paid event ticket collection via PayOS/SePay payment gateways.
3. Account Registration & Responsibilities
When creating an account on Chabiti:
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- One Account Per Person: Each person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
- Immediate Notification: You must notify us immediately at contact@chabiti.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behavior.
4. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy
You agree to use Chabiti's email and communication features responsibly. The following rules apply strictly:
- Opt-in Consent Required: You may only send event invitations or communications to individuals who have explicitly opted in, or with whom you have a legitimate prior relationship.
- No Purchased Lists: Importing or using purchased, rented, or scraped email lists is strictly prohibited.
- Accurate Sender Identity: You must not misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or organization in any communication sent through Chabiti.
- No Spam Content: Emails must be relevant to your event and must not contain misleading subject lines, deceptive content, or unsolicited commercial offers.
- Unsubscribe Compliance: You must honor all unsubscribe/opt-out requests within 24 hours. Chabiti automatically processes opt-outs.
- Bounce & Complaint Limits: Accounts generating email bounce rates above 3% or spam complaint rates above 0.1% will be automatically suspended.
- Monitoring & Enforcement: Chabiti uses Amazon SNS to monitor bounce and complaint rates in real-time. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.
Violation of this Anti-Spam Policy may result in permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
5. Intellectual Property
Regarding content and ownership on Chabiti:
- Platform IP: All Chabiti platform code, design, trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Chabiti and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create on Chabiti (events, business cards, uploaded images). By using our services, you grant Chabiti a limited license to host, display, and deliver your content solely for service operation.
- Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Chabiti's platform, design, or code without written permission.
- Third-Party Content: When using the Video Downloader tool, you are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to download the content. Chabiti does not condone copyright infringement.
- DMCA: If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us at contact@chabiti.com with relevant details.
6. Payments & Refunds
For paid event features and ticketing:
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by PayOS or SePay. Chabiti does not store payment card information.
- Organizer Responsibility: Event organizers are responsible for setting accurate ticket prices and managing their event finances.
- Refund Policy: Refund policies for event tickets are set by the event organizer, not Chabiti. Contact the organizer directly for refund requests.
- Platform Fees: Chabiti may charge service fees for premium features. These will be clearly disclosed before any charge.
- Disputes: Payment disputes should first be addressed with the event organizer. If unresolved, contact us at contact@chabiti.com.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- As-Is Service: Chabiti is provided 'as-is' and 'as-available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- No Uptime Guarantee: We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.
- No Consequential Damages: Chabiti is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
- User Content: Chabiti is not responsible for any content, actions, or communications of its users. You use user-generated content at your own risk.
- Third-Party Services: We are not liable for the actions, outages, or data practices of third-party services (AWS, PayOS, SePay) integrated into our platform.
- Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Chabiti in the 12 months prior to the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
Chabiti reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Chabiti after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the service.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in Vietnam.
